Can we buy items like IV catheters?
Upon checkout you will have the opportunity to provide you professional license number and state. The name on the order must match the name on the license. We will verify this information and then process the order. You may also need to provide a business address for shipping. You only need to provide this information once so on subsequent orders you can simply checkout normally and your order will automatically be processed.
What if I didn't provide this information on checkout?
We may charge your card and hold your order until you provide this information. Additionally, we may cancel your order after a set amount of time if we do not hear back from you.
How do I know if an item is backordered?
We try to list backorders on the product page but manufacturer availability changes rapidly so we can't guarantee that we always have that information up to date. We try to send out notices of backorders but cannot always keep up with backorder notifications due to their sporadic nature.
If your items have not shipped within two days they may be on backorder. You can view the status of your order and fulfilled/unfulfilled items along with tracking numbers in your account.
What if I buy a backordered item?
We will charge your card and keep your order open until the item becomes available. We ship to the oldest orders first but may distribute partial fulfillments to different orders in an effort to supply as many customers as possible.
