We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth as possible. Our services are directed to businesses and we sometimes have delays related to product availability, so the policies below are built around those realities.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return any unused items (within 30 days) and we will credit you the full purchase price. Please contact us first to approve the return; We can only credit a return that has been approved before shipping back to us. Please let us know what you were not happy with (support@insightneedles.com); we would like to correct the issue.

How and when are packages shipped out?

We only send out orders on weekdays, even for expedited shipping orders. Also, our fulfillment centers are closed for several days around most holidays.

We try to send out orders by the next business day or within 2 business days of the order date, if products are immediately available. Backordered items may delay a shipment.

How do the shipping options work?

The shipping option at checkout only determines the shipping method with the carrier. It does not determine when we send out the package. For example, next day delivery for items ordered on Friday won't ship till Monday or Tuesday and deliver using "next day delivery" with the carrier.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate standard shipping on all orders! We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and sometimes we absorb the cost of some shipping. However, we regularly change our shipping prices based on carrier rates, but your final shipping cost/options will be reflected when you checkout online. Generally, but not always, rates are as follows:

What are your policies on delivery issues?
We send items with tracking numbers and great care since we know that you rely on these items to run your business. We are happy to help with any delivery issues, but once they are with the carrier we do not have any control over delivery or receipt into your business. If a package is showing as delivered to the shipping address that you provided, we cannot issues refunds for missing shipments unless we have proof of extenuating circumstances that were due to a mistake on our part.
We send packages through whatever carrier is most efficient. They may require a signature on delivery. If a package is damaged it must be refused during delivery and sent back to us in order for us to re-send the items.

We take great pride in providing you with a seamless service and the potential problems listed above have rarely been issues.
